Mark Your Calendars for the PMDF MOVE4U 5K
Walk/Run Fundraiser on April 26, 2025
The Parkinson’s and Movement Disorder Foundation (PMDF) and National Spasmodic Torticollis Association (www.cdtorticollis.org) are partnering up to raise funding for Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorder research. We will host the MOVE4U 5K Walk/Run Fundraiser at Mile Square Park on Saturday, April 26, 2025. The event will take place at Shelter #4 at Mile Square Park Fountain Valley, CA 92708.
This will be a fun filled morning that the park that all ages can enjoy. We will pick a route that is friendly for people to walk or run whether you are a child or an adult. $20 Registration Fee Includes: Hat, Sandwiches and Cookies from Katella Deli, & Water. Kids under 16 are free. Lunch sponsored by Katella Deli
The registration fee is only $20.

- 9:00 am: Sign-In
- 10:00 am: Race Start Time
- 11:00 am: Lunch available
- 12:30 p.m. announce winners and raffle prizes drawing
- 5K Run Top Three Prizes
- 1st place prize $300
- 2nd place prize $ $200
- 3rd place prize $100
